Power Stone
Power Stone is a rune effect in Arcane Torrent, an Offensive Wizard skill.
This rune effect grants a 2% chance to leave "power stones" behind when Arcane Torrent hits. These stones regenerate Arcane Power for the Wizard when they are picked up.
