Web Shot
Web Shot is a rune effect in Rapid Fire, a Hatred-spending Demon Hunter skill.
This rune effect adds a powerful slowing effect to the skill, reducing the speed of affected targets by 80% for 1 second.
This effect is very useful against powerful Elite enemies, up to and including Act Bosses, for it slows their movement considerably, and tactic that becomes essential by Nightmare, if not sooner.
