Cascade
Cascade is a rune effect in Arcane Torrent, an Offensive Wizard skill.
This rune effect causes enemies killed by the Torrent to fire a new missile at a nearby enemy, dealing 175% weapon damage with that attack. The effect does not chain, so only one missile can be fired from each fatality.
